Hands‐On Tastings
Each session includes premium pours from top wineries around the world. A significant portion of the cost of this class covers the wine. Practice identifying flavors and flaws like a rogue sommelier who answers to no one.

- Session 3: Terroir & Eyes Wide Shut—Explore global wine regions and discover blind Old World/New World Tastings.
- Session 4: Oregon Originals—Meet the mavericks sample local gems and see how we do it differently in our own backyard.
- Session 5: Walla Walla Wonders—Discover a “nearby” region worth tasting and talking about.
- Session 6: Paso Robles & Beyond—Finish with a region that’s redefining California wine and walk away an enlightened wine rebel.
