Rounds will be 80 Minute Swiss Rounds.
When in time, Active player will finish their turn, if the game doesn't end, it results in a tie!
9-32 Players = 3 Rounds + Cut to Top 10 (1st+2nd advance automatically.)
33-48 Players = 4 Rounds + Cut to Top 10 (1st+2nd advance automatically.)
