We're having two dinner parties of the same menu in December - one on the 7th and one on the winter solstice!It's a ways out, so we're still doing tests and refining the menu. Here's our idea of what we might have:
Roasted squash w/ feta, crunchy passionflower seeds & mushroom béarnaise sauce
Mashed potatos w/ butter sautéed aspen oyster mushrooms
Bacon wrapped venison loin medallions
-OR-
vegetarian loaded fries
potato, turnip, & radish fries, molé mushrooms, butternut squash cheese sauce, beans, fermented veggies
