Join me for an extended Relaxation Yoga session at the Haddon Acre yurt on Wednesday 12th March from 6pm until 8pm-ish.The yurt is truly magical, and in a gorgeous, secluded and quiet location conveniently located between Didcot and Wallingford.
We will have meditation, breathwork and Yin/restorative yoga, followed by a long yoga nidra. The yoga poses are all floor based, so are ideal for those looking for a gentle practice. Yoga nidra has been shown to reduce stress and aid with healthy sleep practices.
The theme for this class will be 'balance and renewal'. The equinox symbolises the perfect balance between day and night, and we will align with the energy of this season through our yoga practice and affirmations.
Afterwards, we will grab a cup of tea and treats (supplied by the lovely Alice at Nourishingly Noshed) and sit and enjoy the spring night sky of the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside.
