Join us under the dome and explore the Universe with a double feature on our Planetarium's incredible 360° screen! We'll begin the evening with our Night Sky Live show—gaze at the stars overhead, take a closer look at craters on the Moon, journey to the centre of our galaxy, and learn about the possibilities of extraterrestrial life on other planets!
After a short intermission, travel to the most claustrophobic reaches of space with a screening of Ridley Scott’s sci-fi horror classic Alien. Join the crew of the Nostromo, a commercial space tug heading back to Earth after a mission. When they receive a distress call from a nearby moon, everything changes, and two very valuable lessons are learned: 1) In space, no-one can hear you scream, and 2) Heed the advice of Ellen Ripley.
