Settle in for the second act, featuring soulful solos and a ballad that will tug at your heartstrings.
Designed by Chef Shannon Frances, the first and second courses are traditional tapas—simple, savory bites inspired by the heritage of the Basque Country. This is followed by a sumptuous main course featuring the high lights of Spanish cuisine and concludes with a Spanish pear pavlova.
