Doug Ohman is returning to Jackson! The Jackson County Library System is excited to welcome Doug back for an engaging evening presentation that everyone can enjoy. As a historian, author, and skilled storyteller, Doug uses his professional photographs to vividly illustrate Minnesota’s rich history. Join him on Tuesday, April 15, at Smokin’ Java, located at 404 2nd St, Jackson, MN 56143.During this event, journey with Doug as he uncovers lost relics and shares fascinating historical tales. Armed with a metal detector and camera, he has respectfully recovered and documented artifacts that help us connect with our heritage. Doug will present his experiences, captivating photos, stories, and actual relics that will bring local history to life.
Doors at Smokin’ Java will open at 6:00 PM, and the presentation will kick off at 6:30 PM. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. This event is free and open to all.
