Innovative shows this Thu, Fri, Sat night Aug 14, 15 16!August 14-16 sees the return of full production improvised theatre at Canberra REP with a double-act of long form improvised playmaking by Impro ACT.
ACT I - Improv Actually by Maryann Quagliata. See the development and intersections, and changed directions of several relationships trying to make their way in the same location. A beautiful show format that came out of our Creators' Den program.
ACT II - Many know the Artistic Director of Impro ACT, especially when he hosts and directs shows performed by others, but they often say, "When do we see him act in a performance"? In this show, Nick will partner with a different actor each night in a duo format he created called Unconditional that has been widely performed around the world. It's also a relationship drama, but can go in any dramatic or comedic direction on any given night.
