The Unbound Goddess Workshop is cultivated to embrace the wisdom of the body and our inner Warrior Goddess. In this workshop we’ll learn to speak and embrace the truth of that which we desire to express unapologetically. As human beings we’re both fierce and gentle but often silenced in our anger and sense of sexuality. This workshop is a multi-sensory transformative experience that teaches us to embrace all that we are by nature. A reminder of the true power that is held within our soul essence. A safe container and opportunity to explore the multi-dimensional beings that we are when we release conditioned ideas and limiting beliefs.

Things you'll need to bring for your experience:
- A lingerie outfit that makes you feel sexy. Allow for some mobility. Keeping in mind that we're all on our journeys and what may feel sexy to you may not feel that way for others and that is perfectly okay. Express Yo-self.

I've been training people for about 10 years
Boxing saved my life after falling into a deep depression about who I was and how I looked after a toxic mentally abusive relationship. I needed to gain my Warrior Goddess powers back! And after 2 years of Pole Fitness and Getting into Boxing everything changed. And I look forward to helping others overcome and find their inner strength through all aspects of life.
