Theme: Safety, Survival, Ancestral Cords
This opening ceremony focuses on grounding and establishing safety within the body. We begin by releasing ancestral patterns, survival-based cords, and inherited beliefs that no longer serve. This session lays the foundation for the entire series, creating a stable energetic container for deeper work to unfold.

Sacral & Relational Release | Svadhisthana Chakra
Theme: Emotional Bonds, Relationships, Creative Energy
This session explores cords formed through relationships—past lovers, family dynamics, friendships, and emotional attachments. Through breath and sound, we gently release codependency, emotional residue, and entanglements, restoring flow, pleasure, and creative life force.
• Session 3 — April 25
Solar Plexus Reclamation | Manipura Chakra
Theme: Power, Boundaries, Self-Worth
Here we turn inward to reclaim personal power. This ceremony focuses on cords tied to control, obligation, people-pleasing, and self-doubt. Breathwork ignites inner fire, while sound healing stabilizes confidence and boundary integrity—supporting embodied sovereignty.
• Session 4 — May 16
Heart–Crown Integration | Anahata & Sahasrara
Theme: Forgiveness, Soul Contracts, Liberation
The final ceremony brings integration and completion. We release remaining cords at the heart and crown—old soul contracts, karmic ties, and attachments rooted in love and spiritual identity. This closing ritual supports forgiveness, clarity, and freedom, sealing the journey with grace and alignment.

UNBOUND is a four-part ceremonial journey designed to gently and powerfully release energetic cords formed through relationships, life experiences, ancestral patterns, and unconscious agreements. Through the intentional union of shamanic breathwork and vibrational sound healing, each gathering builds upon the last, creating a safe and sacred arc of awareness, release, and integration. This is not a single ceremony—it is a process of liberation, held over four intentional sessions that allow transformation to unfold organically and sustainably.
Shamanic breathwork guided by Balam’s Breath opens the subconscious and supports deep emotional and energetic release. Sound Experience guided by House of Sound Baths anchors the journey through frequency, resonance, and nervous system regulation—helping the body integrate what the breath reveals.
Each session includes:
- Guided shamanic breathwork
