Through the lens of somatic education and the feminine body, we will explore the connection between the vagus nerve and the womb - both hold the stories of safety, survival, voice, and sensuality. And yet, much of what’s taught about the nervous system is based on the male body—leaving women disconnected from their own truth.
Together, we will begin to unravel imprints that live in our tissues, bones, and blood—and remember what it feels like to come home to the body as a place of wisdom. This workshop blends foundational nervous system education with embodiment practices specifically for women, guiding you to listen, feel, and reclaim your feminine essence.
