Discover Your Authentic Voice: Find and strengthen your true voice, the one silenced by life’s challenges. Gain confidence and self-trust to navigate difficult conversations and set clear boundaries.
Supportive Community: Join a non-judgmental group where you can share your writing freely. Celebrate your unique voice and connect with others on the same journey.
Release and Heal: Write and share your true story in a safe space. Use somatic and energetic tools to move towards healing.
Creative Freedom: Focus on writing without the pressure to publish. Set your voice free and embrace your unique expression.
Regular Meetings: Meet every two weeks in person to write, share, and support each other. Location details below. (1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month).
