Refund Policy
UMMSS will consider each refund request on a case by case basis and reserve the right to reject any refund requests made. The MedBall team will endeavor to help resell any refund requested tickets made before the event date. Any requests made after the event date has passed may be considered.

Attendee Conduct Policy
UMMSS holds the responsibility of maintaining the safety of attendees at our events and the integrity of the venues we are associated with. To ensure these responsibilities are upheld, UMMSS has the power to enact interventional actions in response to behaviours that we deem or have been reported to us that breach our responsibilities. Any attendee that is compromising the safety of others may be removed from the event/venue and ticket is forfeited and not refunded. Any attendee that behaves in a way that results in damage to the venue, the attendee will be expected to cover the costs of the damage caused and will be billed by UMMSS after the event concludes. Any attendee displaying these inappropriate behaviours may be banned from all future UMMSS events as determined by the UMMSS executive team.
