Make sure to log in to Workday after receiving your UMC student email. Otherwise, you will not be able to access the correct version of Workday without contacting IT for assistance.

Please be sure to bring a fully charged laptop or tablet with you.

We suggest parking close to shuttle stop 27, taking the red shuttle, and getting off at shuttle stop 16. Walk under the covered sidewalk, below a catwalk, and you will see the School of Dentistry in front of you.

Main Entrances for the SOD & how to get to the elevator:

1st floor entrance/handicap entrance: As you face the school, this entrance is located on the right side of the building. Look for the magnolia tree on the right side or follow signs for handicap entrance. The entrance is past the tree and to the left. From that door, you’ll walk straight and after you walk down a hallway w/vending machines and a break area, the elevators will be to your right.
2nd floor entrance: As you face the school, you'll walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor entrance. From the glass entrance doors, the elevators will be straight ahead and on the left.
Coming from shuttle stop 16, you will go towards the covered sidewalk, the sidewalk dead ends at the loading dock for the SOD. Slightly before the dead end, there's an open area with fire lane parking. From this view, you can see the magnolia tree near the 1st floor handicap entrance.

From the elevators on the 5th floor, you will turn to your right, walk a few steps, then turn left for the D502 conference room. As soon as you turn left, you should see the conference room. Also, there are signs posted for Academic Affairs and those will do the best to guide you to D502.
