Starting Point: Lagoon Drive (corner of Newlands Drive)
Distance: Approx. 9km (round trip-you may uber back from Umdloti if you dont want to do the full distance)
Duration: 3 hours (excluding stops)

Essentials: Bring snacks, water, or cold drinks, and a backpack to carry everything.
Footwear: Walking shoes are recommended, but feel free to walk barefoot along the beach.
Extras: Cash/card for coffee and snacks after the hike.
River Crossing: Bring a small towel as we will cross a river mouth.
Family and Pets: Kids and well-behaved dogs are welcome! Note: Dogs are not allowed in the nature reserves, so if you bring one, you’ll need to walk along the beach.

This event will proceed in all weather conditions unless there’s extreme weather (hail, thunderstorms, etc.). A bit of rain won’t stop us!
