Kids will learn about the ancient art of mandalas, Sanskrit for “circle,” and explore mandalas everywhere around us in art and nature. We design and paint on real umbrellas using acrylic paints, puffy paints and fabric markers. Some umbrellas end up as compelling designs, many turn into beautiful flowers. It's up to each artist. Kids take home their umbrellas which they can use to brighten up any rainy day!Ages: 6+
