Monthly meeting of the Umatilla Garden Club at the Umatilla Public Library. Meet and greet starts at 9:30; program begins at 10am. This month we welcome Shannon and U.V. of Plantsages, a Sorrento farm specializing in edible plants and Ayurvedic herbs. Shannon will be sharing how to "Feast from Your Food Forest"- how to grow, and even more importantly, recipes and advice for preparing and enjoying your exotic and tropically delicious fruits and veggies!We encourage members and guests to bring seeds, cuttings or seedlings from your garden to trade or add to our raffle table. Complimentary light refreshments will be served.
