UMass Lowell Labor Education Program 30th Anniversary Celebration

The UMass Lowell Labor Education Program has been providing training, education, and organizational development throughout the Merrimack Valley and the Commonwealth for 30 years. Join us for dinner, entertainment, and a cash bar as we celebrate our program’s history.

As part of our celebration, you’ll be the first to see the Lowell Labor History traveling exhibit, cosponsored by the Merrimack Valley Central Labor Council and the Labor Education Program. Distinguished Professor Bob Forrant, chief project designer, will be present to provide remarks on the exhibit.

We’ll also hear from American Federation of Teachers (AFT) - Massachusetts President Jessica Tang, who will share her thoughts on the labor movement and democracy. Stay tuned for other guest announcements!

Parking for the event will be available in the lots off of Salem Street and Fletcher Street across from the University Crossing building.
