This FREE outdoor event will be under the "Capitol Canopy" located near the iconic Capital Wheel and right by the National Harbor Marina! This is designed to be a day of empowerment, education, and fun, bringing together families and community members to focus on health, safety, and wellness.
Throughout the day, you’ll have the chance to learn life-saving injury prevention strategies and participate in wellness demonstrations covering key topics such as:
- Hands-Only CPR,
- Stop the Bleed,
- Car Seat Safety,
- Fire & Life Safety,
- Violence Prevention
- Fall Prevention
- Distracted Driving
- Pedestrian Safety
