Join John and Meaghan Lauer for a course preview run on the Ultra Trail course! Groups will be broken into a long and shorter run group for all to enjoy some company. All ability levels of runners welcome. Meet in the main Granite Peak ski area parking lot.-> Not sure you're ready to sign up for the IRONBULL Ultra Trail? This is the perfect chance to see the course for yourself and ask veterans about their experiences on the course.
->-> Not planning on racing the IRONBULL Ultra Trail? This training run is welcome to all trail runners where ALL LEVELS OF RUNNERS ARE WELCOME.
->->-> And of course if you're signed up already, this is a great way to get some miles in on the course with fellow runners!
Be sure to bring plenty of water and nutrition and appropriate footwear and clothing on the steep & technical terrain.
Meghan and John are enthusiastic to share their wealth of knowledge. John's first ultra marathon was the IRONBULL Ultra Trail in 2019 and Meghan is a multi-time finisher of the 15K. Collectively, they have finished all three distances - 50K, 25K, and 15K.
