Love to walk? This will be a casual 9km walking tour of 10 of Toronto's coolest and most interesting neighbourhoods. Chosen for their accessibility to each other and their overall appeal and significance.
We begin at the "Heart of Downtown". The TORONTO sign outside Toronto City Hall and head west. We visit each of the following neighbourhoods stopping 2 times for a break.
Queen St West. One of the "World's Coolest Neighbourhoods" according to Vogue Magazine.
Kensington Market. Toronto's Bohemian neighbourhood.
Chinatown. Canada largest Asian neighbourhood.
The awesome University of Toronto, St George Campus and inspiring Philosophers Walk.
Yorkville. Beverly Hills North and the one time location of Toronto's counter culture.
The Church St Village. The centre of Toronto's LGBQ community.
The Yonge St Strip. Toronto's Main Street.
Dundas Square and the Eaton Centre.
Front Street. From the Hockey Hall of Fame to St Lawrence Market. Where the tour ends.
