Welcome to Ultimate Reset: A Rejuvenating Wellness Day for Body, Mind and Spirit. Step into a day of deep renewal, connection, and transformation with a thoughtfully curated wellness experience designed to reset your mind, body and spirit.
We’ll begin with a grounding yet energizing yoga flow, led by Lauren Lapoint, to help you awaken your body, release tension, and set the tone for the day. If you haven't been to any of her classes yet, you are in for a treat! Following the yoga flow, we’ll drop into an extended savasana with an immersive sound bath experience, led by Esti of Serenity Waves, where soothing vibrations and frequencies will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, helping to clear your mind and restore balance.
We’ll activate the breath with a powerful breath work session, preparing you for the final reset - a guided cold plunge experience led by SweatHouz Southpark. This invigorating practice will awaken your senses, boost circulation, and leave you feeling empowered, refreshed, and fully alive.
Beyond the practices, this retreat is about community - sharing space & connecting with like-minded individuals who value growth, wellness, and self-discovery. Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself, refresh your energy, or simply take time for self-care, this experience is here to support you.

Esti is the founder of Serenity Waves and is a certified sound healer based in Charlotte, NC.
Her dream is to cultivate a nurturing community centered around profound connections, holistic wellness, and transformative healing journeys & adventures! With a deep-seated love for all things zen and healing, she eagerly anticipates the opportunity to connect with you and embark on this journey together.
Lauren Lapoint
Lauren Lapoint is a certified breathwork facilitator, yoga instructor, and somatic coach. She has been studying body-based modalities since 2015, with a focus on somatics through yoga, breath, and bodywork. She takes an East meets West approach with the mission of sparking vitality, joy, and safety in the body. She is a life-long student and continues to work with her teachers from India, Mexico, SouthEast Asia, and around the U.S.
SweatHouz is a Contrast Therapy recovery studio that offers a wellness experience like no other. The studio’s state-of-the-art infrared sauna technology and cold plunge equipment create a relaxing and rejuvenating environment that appeals to wellness enthusiasts whether they are looking to boost metabolism, improve skin, decrease muscle soreness, or just clear their mind.
