PREREQUISITES:
- 25+ reformer classes at a reputable studio like Polestar
- Basic Anatomy & Physiology course - unless you are a Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Exercise Physiologist, Nurse, Myotherapist, Remedial Massage Therapist, or Cert IV Personal Trainer - then you have already completed this requirement.
