In honor of Texas Independence Day, Ice House is offering the ULTIMATE Pitmasters in The Making class focusing on brisket, ribs, and smoked chicken.Our expert Pitmaster, Rick Adamo, will teach you all of his tricks when it comes to selecting the right cut of meat, plus mastering the art of trimming, seasoning, and smoking.

- Overview and operation of our new indoor smoker and tour of our outdoor offset smoker
- Explanation of the Ice House brisket spec and a demonstration on how to trim a Texas-style brisket for smoking
