Join us for an exclusive BBQ class at Ice House led by our PGA Frisco Pitmaster and culinary team. The class will focus on brisket, ribs, and smoked chicken.

Our expert Pitmaster, Rick Adamo, will teach you all of his tricks when it comes to selecting the right cut of meat, plus mastering the art of trimming, seasoning, and smoking.

• Overview and operation of the indoor smoker and tour of our outdoor offset smoker
• Explanation of the Ice House brisket spec and a demonstration on how to trim a Texas-style brisket for smoking
• **ULTIMATE class exclusive - education, demonstration, and tasting of Ice House's ribs and smoked chicken
• In-depth review of smoking procedures including temperature, time, wrapping, and resting
• Tutorial on how to slice a brisket, highlighting the differences between moist (point) and lean (flat) cuts
