The work of members will be displayed at the society’s 48th Annual Exhibition from 29th August until 13th September 2025. The exhibition will include demonstrations and studio presentations that are entirely free to members of the public.
Portview Trade Centre is located in the east of Belfast on the Newtownards Road, just a 10 minute drive from the city centre and on a regular bus route. Originally a spinning mill built in the early nineteenth century, it was once the largest flax tow spinning mill in the world. Due to the decline of the UK textile industry, the mill was forced to close in the 1980’s. It was then reinvigorated as the Portview Trade Centre, providing creative and industrial workspaces.
