2025 Conference Preview
Our full conference program will be announced in early 2025 however, we’re delighted to share the following program preview:
- A keynote address by her Honour, Justice Elizabeth Raper of the Federal Court of Australia.
- Workshops exploring emerging jurisdictions with experts within the movement sharing firsthand knowledge of running these matters, including:
- same job, same pay provisions;
- flexible work applications, and
- representing migrant workers.
- Vice President Mark Gibian of the Fair Work Commission
- Pleadings and Case Theory Mastery: set your case up for success in these practical sessions with counsel, detailing the art of preparing pleadings with Grace Morgan-Cocks (Barrister, Level 22) and developing effective case theories with Faheem Anwar (Barrister, Greenway).
- Discrimination Costs Protection Reforms: Understand the implications of these reforms on pursuing discrimination claims in the federal jurisdiction with Sascha Peldova-McClelland (Senior National Legal Officer, ACTU) and Rachel Francois (Barrister, 11 St James Hall)
