Join us to learn about our successful UKSPF-funded project delivered across Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Discover how the programmes have supported individuals and businesses to grow both personally and professionally, and find out more about the range of business support opportunities available through the university.

Advanced and Digital Technologies Innovation Accelerator

Fully funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and delivered via Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council, the programme supported Newcastle-based businesses across a range of industries to adopt advanced and digital technologies. The initiative aimed to facilitate the development of new products, services, and systems, enabling businesses to increase revenue, access new markets, and create employment opportunities, thereby contributing to the wider economic growth of the region.

The businesses, academics and students who took part in some of these projects will be at the event to discuss the benefits and share their experiences.

Stoke on Trent Higher Skills Accelerator

Fully funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and delivered via Stoke-on-Trent City Council. As part of the programme the university delivered over 30 masterclasses across a variety of topics from Digital Marketing to Neurodiversity in the workplace, or AI In Industry to The New Psychology of Leadership and Team Dynamic, to nearly 400 individuals from Stoke on Trent and over 550 people in total from across Staffordshire.

The morning will not only celebrate the business support that the University has provided over the last 12 months thanks to UKSPF funding but also showcase the ongoing support that the University of Staffordshire can offer local businesses like yours as well as giving you the opportunity to network with likeminded individuals.

A complimentary buffet lunch will be served at the end of the event.
