We are delighted to announce that UKSPA will be returning to in-person events in December. This will be held in the Atrium of the iCentrum building at Innovation Birmingham. To view the latest programme - click here

The conference will start with lunch at 1.15pm and afternoon sessions will include the UKSPA AGM which will update members on the changes that are taking place and the future plans of the Association. The afternoon will also see sessions on the recently launched Birmingham Knowledge Quarter which is an alliance of eleven knowledge-led institutions. Thursday concludes with a walking tour of the Knowledge Quarter and a visit to a number of key sites.
An informal drinks reception and dinner will take place on Thursday evening at 7:30pm at the iCentrum building. For more details please email [email protected]
Friday will have a series of talks on the crucial issues facing the science and innovation sector and UKSPA members as we move forward post pandemic.

All UKSPA members have up to two free places at the conference. There are a very limited number of non-member places (or for the booking of a third delegate place for Members) with delegate fees shown on the Eventbrite registration page.
Safety information: We ask all those attending the event to follow Government guidelines as regards Covid-19. Delegates who are not fully vaccinated are advised to take a lateral flow test prior to attendance. Mask wearing is not mandatory at the conference however in confined spaces we advise their use. Hand sanitiser will be installed in many areas of the building.
