Check our website for additional workshop dates. Join us as we explore the centuries-old art of Pysanky—beautifully decorated eggs created using traditional wax-resist dyeing techniques. While often associated with spring and Easter, Pysanky have long been given as meaningful gifts in Ukrainian and Eastern European cultures, symbolizing protection, goodwill, and care. This special January–early February workshop invites you to start the season early. It’s a thoughtful, creative way to slow down and make something personal during the quieter months of the year.
In this favorite Mi Craft House workshop, all tools and materials are provided for use during class, and you’ll be guided through the fundamentals of designing, waxing, and dyeing your eggs. With Easter coming early this year, learning early gives you plenty of time to build confidence and create meaningful handmade gifts for the spring celebrations ahead.
