Join us on your own or with friends to experience a delightful evening of Ukrainian music, culture, and dancing to music performed by Gerdan with Grammy winning Dr. Andrei Pidkivka. The evening is also a fundraiser to support Ukrainian children affected by the war.
A partner or prior dance experience are not necessary to attend, as dance lessons will be presented prior to the event.We will show you how to dance to Ukrainian music even if you've never danced before!

## Ukrainian Music Performance by Gerdan with Optional Dancing under the Stars
As you enjoy your evening, dance the night away to Ukrainian music performed by Gerdan. The performance by Gerdan offers a sampling of Ukrainian folk music including Gerdan's original arrangements of the songs and instrumental music from different regions of Ukraine. Gerdan's musicians tell the story about the culture and heritage of the Ukrainian people who love freedom.
Gerdan - Kaleidoscope of World Music is a professional music ensemble based in The Greater Washington DC area. Founded by Ukrainian professional duo Solomiya Gorokhivska and Grammy winning Andrei Pidkivka.
## Silent Auction to Support Ukrainian Children
While attending the event, you will have the opportunity to support a Ukrainian charity caring for Ukrainian children hurt by the conflict. The charity is called “Unbreakable” and provides prosthesis and rehabilitation programs for children hurt by Russia's war against Ukraine. All proceeds from the silent auction will be donated to the charity.
## Indulge in a Ukrainian Hors d'oeuvres and Open Bar
As you enjoy your evening, enjoy a delectable Ukrainian hors d'oeuvres with red and white wine along with beer from Ukraine. Kindly note that while Ukrainian hors d'oeuvres will be served, this is not a seated dinner function.
