A Ukrainian/Canadian Soprano Valeriia Honchar will be sharing her voice through the works of many Ukrainian artists. Valeriia is a crossover singer who sings in three different genres: opera, musical theatre and pop. She became one of the honored people in receiving the grant of The Hnatyshyn Foundation’s Ukraine-Heritage, Spirit and Future program in a Classical Music – Vocal Performance discipline. Valeriia has given several solo concerts and plans to have more in the future. She participated in many different events, festivals, and concerts.
Valeriia has always been a supporter towards her homecountry Ukraine, especially in its hard times. Valeriia was part of many beneficial concerts in Canada, and US and continues to help. This event is no different, a portion from each ticket will be donated towards supporting Ukraine.
