As in every Ukrainian home, we warmly open our doors to welcome you to Downing Place United Reformed Church, Cambridge, for an afternoon of music, culture, and community spirit.
Enjoy the traditional Vertep Nativity performance with live music from our special guests — accomplished Ukrainian violinist Olena Holovchenko and pianist Vladyslav Holovchenko.
Award-winning barista Vadym Granovskiy will be serving his renowned Flat Red coffee, a perfect treat to enjoy alongside our delicious homemade Christmas bites - both sweet and savoury.
Join in our cheerful Ukrainian dances with steps taught so everyone can take part.
Children and families can take part in a variety of activities, including free games, donation-based craft activities, and paid creative workshops, ensuring there’s something fun for everyone. Convoy4Ukraine, a Cambridge-based charity that delivers vehicles and humanitarian aid directly to communities in Ukraine, will be present with an information stand and a raffle.
