Did you know that UNESCO added Ukrainian Borshch as a national heritage dish of Ukraine?
Did you know that there are as many recipes of borshch as there are cooks but some ingredients are required in all recipes?
Did you know that Ukrainians don't spell borshch with a T at the end?
If you didn't, this event is for you. We'll talk about the different varieties of borshch such as regional, local, and personal and make one pot of borshch together.
What to Bring: your favorite cutting board and your favorite chopping knife. We'll be chopping cabbage, beets, potatoes, and onions. Serving bowls will be provided.
What's Included in the Cost: The cost includes the cooking lesson, all organic ingredients, a printed recipe, sourcream (on the side), and Ruslana's famous homemade organic white sourdough (long fermentation): 1-2 slices will be served with each serving of borshch.
