By popular demand the team at Uki Village Gardens are planning a family Fun Day. Expect merriment and mayhem for all the family.
Entry is by donation to the gardens and we’ll be selling Daz’s dazzling dishes and drinks for lunch, so please come hungry and fill your bellies with treats to help support the gardens.
As always there will be free activities for kids and adults, games on the lawn and awesome live music from local artists and some pro face painting! What more could you want?!
We’ll be doing a tree planting to get some fruity plants in the ground, which we invite everyone to participate in. If you’ve got any saplings knocking around that you’d like to donate we’re always happy to receive more fruit trees and beautiful plants.
Currently on the look out for people who would like to offer their time or expertise to contribute to this wholesome community event. Running a workshop, helping in the kitchen, making signs before the event or helping with set up. Maybe you’ve got a totally awesome skill you could bring to this day of fun and frolics. Feel free to get in touch if you want to join the team.
Bring a picnic rug and a bottle of water, hats, sunscreen, all the usual jazz.
Good dogs welcome but please clean up the poos.
