Sonja Sauer (5th Dan, Aikikai) has been studying under Jan Nevelius and Jorma Lyly for 17 years now.Sonja teaches aikido for 18 years and has led the dojo Aikido im Hof in Duisburg (DE), together with Peter Menke since 2013.
🥋 UKEMI SEMINAR
In this one-day seminar, we will be looking into the communication between Nage and Uke and how that dialogue can naturally lead to soft, connected highfalls.
Please note: the seminar is open to all levels, but you must feel comfortable with forward rolls.

🕙 Schedule: 10:30-12:30 / 14:00-16:00
