About this Event
After the sell-out success of our Summer event, we are delighted to be hosting our Winter event at this spectacular location in the beautiful Lake District.
Armathwaite Hall is set in the secluded splendour of 400 acres of deer park and woodland, bordered by the calming waters of Bassenthwaite Lake and framed by the dramatic Skiddaw Mountain and Lake District fells.
Accomodation
For those who wish to stay at the venue, Armathwaite have very kindly offered our guests a preferential rate of £150 per night (single occupancy) or £200 per night (Double Occupancy)on a Bed & Breakfast rate and including use of the spa from 3pm on day of checkin until 11am on departure day.

Spa Treatment Offer

Both offers are on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability.
Evening Drinks Reception - 19th November 6pm - 8pm
Our program begins, for those who can make it, on the evening of November 19th for a private Drinks Reception in the lounge from 6pm - 8pm.
Dinner on the evening of the 19th November
Guest may then dine at leisure, in either the formal Lake View Restaurant or the more casual, Courtyard Brasserie. We highly recommend you pre-book your dinner reservations when booking the hotel.
The Main Event - 20th November
We look forward to welcoming you from 9.30am for Registration & coffee before a prompt start at 10am.
Kicking off our program with a fantastic Key Note speaker (watch our socials for further details) the day will include speaker sessions, plenty of networking time, supplier stands, spa tours and a delicious lunch. At 3pm we will bid you goodbye with a goody bag containing items from our wonderful event sponsors.
Operator & Supplier Meetings - 3.15pm - 4pm
For those who wish to stay on, we have our closed door meetings one for Suppliers and one for Operators. These meetings are for UKSA Members only.
These meetings are a safe space for you to meet like-minded professionals, in a safe space. The meetings have no set agenda and are for you to speak freely regarding any topic you feel needs addressing.
IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION
Due to previous confusion regarding bookings, we are adding some T&C's. Please read these carefully BEFORE making your purchase of event tickets.
By purchasing tickets, you are agreeing to these terms stated below.
Event Terms & Conditions
1) To book FREE tickets for this event through eventbrite, you must be a UKSA Member. If you are not a member but wish to attend our event please puchase a Non-Member Ticket. N.B. You may only attend our events as a Non-Member once.
2) Each member may book the number of tickets allocated by their membership type:
Operator 2 tickets
Supplier 2 tickets
Consultant 1 ticket
Individual 1 ticket
Educator 1 ticket
3) Who you invite on your ticket, is up to you but due to ticket demand we regret we cannot allow you any additional tickets on top of this amount.
4) Sponsors - you and your team are required to book a ticket per person. Unfortunately we are unable to allocate additional tickets to those already included in your membership allocation, even if you are a sponsor.
5) Please use your company/ work email when making your reservation, otherwise we cannot always tell who you are and may cancel your booking.
6) Please book each ticket under the name of the guest, who it is for. If there are multiple bookings under the same name, we reserve the right to cancel these.
7) If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, we kindly request that you email us at: [email protected] to let us know, so we can invite someone off the waiting list.
8) As this is a Networking event, we reserve the right to share your contact details with other attendees, in order for networking to take place.
9) We will never sell or provide your contact details to any company who is not an event attendee or UKSA Member.
By booking a ticket for this event, you give consent and your agreement to all of the above Terms and Conditions.
