Join us for the 8th Annual UIW Ring Ceremony presented by Herff Jones as we commemorate your academic achievements and present you with your class ring! This celebration is open to students who have purchased the official Herff Jones class rings; and students who would like to use other spirit rings or personal rings.Before the ceremony, all rings will stay overnight in the Chapel of the Incarnate Word. Details for ring collection will be sent out once a student has registered for the event.
Guests will also hear a special message from UIW President, Dr. Thomas Evans and UIW Alumni Association Board President, Dr. Chris Alvarado.
Registration is free of charge for students and their guests. Participants can register themselves and up to five guests. Multiple registrations per student are not allowed. All students attending will receive a commemorative champagne flute with our UIW insignia as a gift.

12:30 p.m. Doors to Chapel of the Incarnate Word open
1:00 p.m. Blessing of the Rings
1:45 p.m. Presentation of the rings
2:00 p.m. All attendees walk to the UIW Clock Tower in Majorie Jordan Carillon Plaza.
2:30 p.m. Celebratory toast and reception
