Event Photos

Teach Tank is a teacher-led collective committed to critical pedagogy, community care, and transformative professional learning. We create curriculum, lead workshops, and build spaces of belonging that support educators in delivering rigorous, responsive and humanizing instruction.

What are Liberation Libraries?

In response to the violence and terror ICE/CBP has imposed on our communities, many families are keeping their children home from school. Teach Tank has created the Liberation Libraries to bring learning directly to students' doorsteps. Young people deserve education rooted in cultural pride, creative expression, joy, and healing. The Liberation Libraries have beautiful books, lessons on freedom fighters, art supplies, wellness resources, and hands-on learning activities that uplift the stories, beauty, and resilience of Black and Brown history and culture.
