"A night of eclectic, genre-bending music played by your favourite bedroom selectors. With electronic dance music, we dip in and out. For us the litmus test is if it sounds good and pricks up your ears when you listen to it, IT IS GOOD. We play Tech House, Disco, Synth Pop, Dub, Electronica, Electro, Acid, Hard Groove, World Acid from wish dot com—if it slaps, it stays. If it’s UGLY but CUTE, it belongs. This collective is born from a few of us moving from London to Newcastle, looking for a place to express ourselves. We’re bringing what we learned from the nightlife down south and making something new here. Taffs comes from The Cause, voted number one club in the UK for EDM by Mixmag a few years running. Cam tours with festival circuit band Slamboree and has worked across festivals nationwide. Zach is our marketing wizard, and Toby—who we found in Newcastle—basically lives in Newcastle’s nightclubs, rent-free. We’re a home for the heads, the misfits, and the ones who never know when to call it a night."
