Join us for an informative in-person event at the UF Health Jacksonville - Learning Resource Center! This FREE community event is dedicated to raising awareness about diabetes and promoting preventive measures. People with diabetes are encouraged to attend to learn more about managing their condition. Topics include diabetes management, nutrition, physical activity and weight management. Come and learn from our expert speakers and community resource partners and connect with others who share your interest in diabetes management.
