About this Event
Each year, immunologists from UCSF and UC Berkeley co-sponsor a two-day conference. This conference allows scientists from both institutions to share their work and interact with each other in a social setting. We’re planning an in-person/hybrid local Immunology retreat that we hope will help ease us into large in-person gatherings while also fulfilling our want to network and gather together. We will be meeting on Friday, September 17th, 2021, at UCSF and Saturday, September 18th, 2021, at UC Berkeley.
While we'll be missing Asilomar, our hopes are that having an “open house” retreat as an opportunity to see where each of us actually live and work and reveal how close we are to one-another. We encourage everyone to participate in-person, but we will explore options for a more interactive virtual conference platform to give those virtually attending a similar experience as to those attending in-person. Thanks for taking the time to complete this survey before August 6th as gauging anticipated attendance will help us plan the best event possible.
