About this Event
The UCR CAAP Launch will feature several interactive booths with posters, games, and refreshments, providing an engaging way to learn about UCR’s sustainability progress and goals for the future. Hosted by the Office of Sustainability, this event will officially introduce UCR’s Climate Action & Adaptation Plan, set for completion by December 31, 2025.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in discussions and interactive sessions on key sustainability topics, including: Green Buildings, Clean Energy Sources, Efficient Transportation, Responsible Consumption & Zero Waste, Adaptation & Resilience, UCR Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory, Climate & Environmental Justice and the The Climate Action & Adaptation Plan Process.
This event is open to UCR students, staff, faculty, and community members and offers a great opportunity to collaborate, learn, and contribute to UCR’s sustainability efforts
