Join us for a study day dedicated to learning and reflecting on unexpected child deaths, the practicalities, emotions and legalities behind these events.
We'll be covering the following topics:
Nursing staff, please ensure you have your line managers approval and that you request this off on your rota.
You're wellbeing is our top priority. If at any point during this study day you need a break or even need to leave completely. That is fine. We will have experienced professionals on the faculty who you will be able to speak to in a safe and confidential space if needed.
The topics discussed will be highly emotive and uncomfortable but, the aim of the day is to empower and equip people with knowledge, understanding and skills in managing these fortunatley rare situations.
