Uchibā Dallas’ Chef de Cuisine Rhonda McCullar welcomes Chef Tristan Sookram of Loro Asian Smokehouse & Bar for his Uncommon Ramen debut. Uncommon Ramen is a monthly series at Uchibā, taking place on the first Monday of each month and spotlighting innovative ramen dishes developed in-house or in collaboration with guest chefs. Raised in Miami, Tristan Sookram brings bold Caribbean influence to the menu with smoked duck breast ramen, veggie ramen with trumpet mushrooms, and jerk duck heart skewers with charred lime.
