Join us to make crispy chicken tacos. Chef will walk you through the process in this fun free 30 minute class.

Honey Bourbon Glazed Lamb Chops
Ingredients
• 1 cup bourbon
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 tsp crushed red pepper
• 1 small bunch of parsley
• 4 French lamb chops
• 4 cloves of garlic
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp butter
• ¼ cup of soy sauce
• 1 small onion
• A few sprigs of thyme
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Equipment list
• Cutting board with damp towel
• knife
• cast iron pan or skillet
• tongs
• small bowl
• small whisk or fork
• small pot
• food processor
Instructions
1. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper
2. In a small bowl add bourbon, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, red pepper and mix until well combined.
3. Bring cast iron pan to medium high heat. Add oil and butter to pan and sear chops for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.
4. Add in garlic and thyme. Cook garlic until fragrant. Add in sauce and let reduce for a few minutes.
5. Add lamb chop with natural juices and coat with sauce for a few minutes until semi thick.
