Join us for an enchanting experience at Big Jim Farm! Our sunflower field is in full bloom and is now open to the public, inviting you to stroll through endless rows of towering, vibrant sunflowers to pick your own. Don’t forget to dress your best to capture stunning photographs amidst the blooms!
In addition to our sunflowers, our pumpkin patch is now open, featuring a selection of various varieties and sizes to choose from. You’ll also find our charming vintage truck, tractors, and various photo spots scattered throughout the farm. While visiting Big Jim Farms, be sure to greet our friendly farm animals! We have baby piglets and friendly goats for you to meet.
Here’s how sunflower picking works: Upon arrival, a welcoming team member will check you in and provide you with clippers for $5 to cut your flowers. Once you’ve finished in the fields, you can exchange your clippers for a free mason jar filled with water to take your bouquet home. We also have pre-picked zinnias, marigolds, and cosmos from our neighboring farm for you to add to your bouquet if you wish. We’ll cut down your selected flowers and send you home with a beautiful arrangement. Flowers are priced at five for $15, creating a lovely bouquet with a mason jar for you around $20 total. There is no cost for admission, only pay for what you pick.
During your visit, don’t miss our farm stand, stocked with our organically grown offerings, including specialty peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, melons, ristras, green and red chile, chile roasting, honey, salsa, and other delightful take-home gifts.
Big Jim Farms is open daily from 8 AM to 6 PM, with all festivities taking place during regular business hours. Feel free to come and enjoy the scenery at no cost. You only pay for what you pick if you decide to take something home.
