📅 Save the date! 📅It's time to support our local Tūrangi community by donating kai (food) to those who need awhi (support) from the Tūrangi Foodbank.
Across the motu (country), Foodbanks are experiencing huge increases from those in the community who need their help.
This is your chance to support this worthy cause, so please give generously!
When:
Monday 25th November 2024
-5.00pm Assemble in the car park opposite the Tūrangi Police Station
-5.15pm Safety Briefing
-5:30pm Fire Siren sounds to signal the start of the Foodbank drive.
What we need:
-Lots of food! 🍽️
-Volunteers to be runners/walkers during collection 🏃♂️
-Vehicles with trailers 🛻
