I will soon be starting an exclusive "Tzu Jan Training Group" at North Idaho Jiu Jitsu in Sandpoint, Idaho. This group will be "invitation only" for the first ten members and after that, you can only join if you come to the group with the existing members and are unanimously voted in by the existing members who were present when you were brought to the group as a guest.This is an INTENSIVE training group that will meet once per month on Sunday (dates will soon be announced) for six hours (5 hours of training with an hour of lunch) and those who are members will also have access to train privately with me at my home up to twice per week if they desire to do so.
It will include Wing Chun, FMA, JKD and the practical self-defense applications of many other Arts as well. It will include sparring (voluntary), technique practice, and drills to develop the attributes that you need to be able to apply your skills in both self-defense and combative sports without prearrangement. Those who stick with me long enough will learn everything that I have been blessed enough to learn from my Teachers and friends over the last 40 years. I will be VERY honest with all of you and I don't plan on holding anything back.
There will also be a "sharing" period where any of the group members who would like to share a bit of their personal approach or style will be welcome to do so.
The group class + private training will be $100 per month, with the proceeds after space rental going to support the Joni's Angels Martial Arts Scholarship Program. It is basically a private monthly seminar+ private lessons at your discretion. 👍

The class will likely begin sometime during the latter part of November or in early December - depending on what works best for the members invited.

This will be an exclusive group that I am inviting several GREAT Martial Artists to. There will also be room for those with less experience, but a background of at least a year in some form of the Art or combative sports is required.

P.S. This is not something that you will be expected to come to EVERY month, nor will it be a requirement for you to stay for the whole class. I realize that many of you have quite a distance to travel and that many of you have your own schools with seminar/tournament/event schedules that will sometimes conflict. Show up when you can, leave when you have to, and feel free to get together with me at my place for private/semi-private lessons as often as twice a week for any month that you pay for👍
