Typewronger's No Homework Book Club

Every 2nd Sunday of the month, we'll get together as a small group in the shop to talk about books we have read or are currently reading based on the monthly prompt. Feel free to bring the book you want to talk about for a bit of show and tell, but this is by no means required. Come join us for some great conversation - this format is great to discuss a variety of titles instead of just one, and to get a fantastic recommendations as a result! Love is in the air this June with this month's theme! Are you a dark romance fan? Do you pine after small town wholesome romances? Do you prefer enemies to lovers, or lover to enemies? Do you wait for bated breath until the couple that's fake dating falls in love for real? Do you live for or die at the third act breakup? Whether you like your romance as a main, as a cherry on top, or with a side of fantasy, action, sci-fi, or even horror, this month is to talk about all the love stories that make your heart beat fast and your pillowcase go damp. Note: your book doesn't have to be classified as strictly romance to count.

During the evening, everyone will get a set amount of time to tell us about the title they picked and why they picked it. You don't have to talk for the entire allocated time, but the limit is there to ensure that everyone gets a chance to introduce their pick. You don't have to necessarily even have a specific title in mind to come, you just need the willingness to listen and discuss the topic. Free hot tea included (and encouraged).
